Promoting Prostate Health
In preventing and treating prostrate problems like benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), herbs such as saw palmetto extract, Pygeum africanum, and stinging nettle and pumpkin seeds are recommended.
In Europe, herbal preparations were often considered prescription drugs for patients with BPH. Plant sterols actually improved prostate symptom scores and reduced urine volume and residual urine levels without reducing the size of the prostate. Beta-sitosterol was one of the major components in these herbal preparations. Researchers also cited that beta-sitosterol alone was an effective option in the treatment of BPH.Anti-Cancer Effects
Beta-sitosterol acts against cancer. It is found to reduce the growth of human prostate and colon cancer cells. It also acts against lymphocytic leukemia.
It appears that diets high in vegetables and fruits prevent cancer to a certain degree. Soybeans are superb sources of protein that reduces the risk of cancer too. Beta-sitosterol is one of the key compounds in soybeans that suppress carcinogenosis.

55 CANCER CELL LINES
This amazing herb was also examined for its activity against 55 cancer cell lines. It was found to be the most active against leukemia and colon cancer and active against melanomas, breast cancer, prostate cancer, CNS and renal cancer. It was also reported that artemisinin's effectiveness was comparable with other standard drugs used to combat cancer. As such, these results and the low toxicity of artemisinin had made this herb to be a potential for cancer chemotherapy.

Saw Palmetto -160-320 mg -Saw palmetto is a small palm tree native to the West Indies and the Atlantic coast of North America. The active component helps maintain healthy levels of dihydrotestosterone ( DHT) in the prostate, and promote proper excretion of DHT from the prostate. Research have shown that 80% of all male will be afflicted with prostate enlargement , a common condition that is also a leading cause of prostate cancer, by the time a man is 80 years old. 1/3 of all male above 35 years old already have a predisposition to precanceous prostate lesions, and 50% of all male at age 50 have enlarged prostate. HOMEOPATHY
#Sabal serrulata. [Sabal]
This medicine has been recommended for various prostatic troubles, but its homoeopathic use seems confined to acute cases of enlarged and inflamed prostate. The gland is hot, swollen and painful. Here also come in our regular inflammation polychrests such as Aconite and Belladonna and it will not be necessary to go outside of them. Sabal is not altogether useless in senile hypertrophy. The writer has seen a marked palliative action in several cases and avoidance of surgical interference.#Conium. [Con]
This remedy is useful in chronic hypertrophy of the prostate with difficulty in voiding urine,it stops and starts, and there is an accompanying catarrh of the bladder. The suitability of Conium to the complaints of the aged should be considered. Dr. Bessey, of Toronto, speaks highly of Cimicifuga in prostatic hypertrophy.#Ferrum picratum [Ferr-p]
is one of the best medicines for prostatic enlargements in the aged. The 3X is advised.#Chimaphila [Chim]
gives occasional good results in relieving the tenesmus, frequent urination and general discomfort due to prostatic hypertrophy. Spongia is also is also a remedy for this condition.#Thuja. [Thuj]
Frequent pressing to urinate with small discharge, patient strains much. Stitches from rectum into the bladder. Discharge of prostatic juice in the morning on awaking. Lycopodium, pressure in the perinaeum near anus while urinating.Baryta Carbonicum

Hang in there Mr. M. Re: Your Prostate I'm going to gather some information and scans for you. Then, toss it up under the case files section on my website as "Mr. M". From a homeopathic perspective, it sounds like you've seen some vitality loss recently which is behind immune system and overall decline so that the cancer pops up again. Therefore, the fight is not so much with the cancer but in boosting the overall system. A few prongs of attack as always:
1) Cutting out allergens from the diet. Food allergy panel ($99 blood test through an N.D.) or, if you can spare the time, starting with an elimination diet and pulse checking. If your pulse is around 60 to 70 beats/ minute, it jumps to about 90 b.p.m. after consuming an allergen -- usually dairy in most folks, coffee, sugar, gluten, red meats, various preservatives, etc. For those few hours of digestion, all you're doing is taxing the adrenal glands/ thyroid and system greatly (but, with strong adrenals and a weak pancreas -- the typical Diabetic profile) folks don't notice it. You just crank out more hormones like Homocysteine which help harden the arteries. The whole system is taxed and the immune system is boggled down daily until you start eating within your non-allergen zone. Big, big factor in my recovery -- especially when my guts were perforated and shooting foods mainline into the bloodstream. Usually, cutting out allergens among an elimination diet is a major factor in the survived cancer patients I've seen with far worse forms of cancer than slow-growth Prostate Cancer. 2) Blood circulation and sweating daily is another major factor. Too much exercise when you're weak is no good. Too much of this aerobic exercise b.s. is no good. Just light garden work or things I do on the farm here heals me best, but, if too tired, it weakens me. It's something you can only feel, but mostly you have to get away from so much sitting in that chair you do. When I do it, I feel it killing me. My hands and feet grow cold from poor circulation. My blood rapidly thickens and dirties up without constant motion and sweating daily. It's more pronounced in me due to the damaged adrenal condition, and so I'm prone to higher cholesterol and thicker/ dirty blood sooner than even you. There's a very strong paternal pull for Diabetes that I'm always fighting and, if I fail, I'll be worse than even my father and grandfather's diabetes due to the adrenal complication. So, I have to keep moving daily. And, I know you need to move more. It's a very hard thing to do because we like to read. We get hung up on research. Exercise is contrary to our nerd streak. I think you really need to break away from sitting down at your desk for more than 1 to 2 hours at a time without maybe 30 minutes in-between of some form of motion. Even if it's just getting up every 30 minutes from your desk to go walk down the hall, stretch, and come back to sit down again....you need to do that; To push the blood through the system more. Sitting stagnates the blood -- especially in the lower regions. 3) Try adding a cup of red raspberries to the diet every other day along with at least 4000 m.g. Vitamin C/ day (with more dark, green and orange veggies per day -- especially if not using Ester C as an acid buffer). I've never personally seen raspberries reverse Prostate Cancer, but have read that the acid in them tends to act specifically against this form of cancer. 4) No sugar at all in the diet. Every time you see sugar in your food, consider it a fueler of cancer growth. 5) More blood pumping and oxygenation of the blood. Oxygen is no good for any tumor cell, but they do love to grow among stagnated blood and lymph. Cleaning the blood and lymph is critical. Things like garlic, Pau D' Arco tea (4 cups daily with lots of water, too), Cayenne pepper, Vitamin C....all good blood cleaners and natural chelation agents. Sweat and continual motion of the body is the best lymphatic cleaner. Lots of red cabbage for the liver. Try more salmon in the diet for protein and clean blood (rather than other meats). Ample garlic daily. ...I'll send you some general cancer & dietary info later. Reduce dietary fats to 15% or less of total calorie intake. Fiber, soy proteins with anti-cancer properties. Lots of dietary and herbal tricks, but you need more than just that.
Overall, if you want to do well against this, I'd suggest 4 primary prongs of attack:
1) Keep your existing doctors, but never trust them too much. The finest [CENSORED] M.D.'s tend to be functional idiots as is found in most the world. Keep them for at least continual monitoring and labs, drugs, and surgical options. 2) For a first foundational move, I'd suggest seeing [CENSORED], M.D./N.D. out of [CENSORED]. His bio is online. While there, you should also be sure to have a couple visits with [QDR001] (PA-C/ N.D.). These guys saved my life. [QDR001] is my doctor. He's mom's doctor. I suggest him to anyone sick because he's very good. In fact, I suggest a visit to [QDR001] first off and then you see Dr. [CENSORED] or even Dr. [CENSORED] now and then for second opinions or follow ups. They're all pretty much on the same page with Dr. [CENSORED] as their founder about 30 years ago, but [QDR001] is a monster quack! :-) He's very well versed in Oncology affairs; Takes vacations abroad to European clinics to study how they practice there. He's practiced in Latin America and the Orient. He's the guy who looked into my eyes and tongue -- properly diagnosing me and putting me back on track in 5 minutes where [CENSORED HMO] was trying to kill me slowly for over 6 months. I've seen him do very well against things like Multiple Myeloma (and that's pretty bad cancer). CLINIC NOTE: They're very sharp doctors who can more properly guide you in regard to supplements and potential medicine removal and contraindications. Drugs like Atenelol you should never just cut out immediately and need to replace over time. There are liver-destroying drugs -- particularly these cute and over-prescribed Statins -- which are often given for high cholesterol, but are easily replaced with things like Red Yeast Rice, diet, and exercise. The downside to [CONFIDENTIAL CLINIC] is that, like most busy clinics, it's a business. Don't expect them to be like [CENSORED] or your typical HMO. If you don't follow-up, nobody cares about you there. Their customer service actually sucks. I don't like how they fail to follow up with patients; Same for [CENSORED] and so many other alternative medicine places. They just get swamped with serious patients daily. They only remember your case when your file is sitting on their desk. Half the time, it seems like a big racket. They send you out the door with vitamins and labs more costly than anything you'll ever find at an HMO. I've seen $300 bills per visit. Between $180 for clinic visits, some oodles on labs here and there, and then supplement costs...it's an easy $300 each time you go there. But, overall, they help you live whereas the other way doesn't. It just hurts when having to pay it all out of pocket, but you at least probably qualify for Medicare now? If you have some sort of insurance plan like Blue Cross which lets you see an M.D. of your choice....[CENSORED] is like any private practice clinic. Many of the M.D. ordered labs are covered, but usually not the supplements. ...So, seeing [QDR001] as your second opinion on all things is the first stop I'd recommend as soon as you can. Disregard his goofy-looking picture on their website. When seeing him in person, try to schedule the first visit for something like a Monday afternoon -- ask for the last one of the day. He'll take a lot of time with you -- maybe near 2 hours -- if he has the time to spare. He did with my mom when no other patients were waiting. After that, you'll maybe follow up once a month for a few months with him. I'd suggest also skipping a visit now and then and seeing Dr. [CENSORED] or [CENSORED] just to back up [QDR001] in case he's missing something and to tap their own experiences. They're all very good and on the same rough page, but from different academic paths. [QDR001]'s way with me worked well, but was often rough on me. A visit to Dr. [CENSORED] had him suggest a blood and lymph cleaning kit which really complimented [QDR001]'s stuff and healed me well. So, you pick your doctor there and just rotate now and then for good measure, and then return to your primary doc there. ...You'll probably find that pretty much everything they do is pooh poohed and considered quackery by your [CENSORED HMO] docs. Dr. [CENSORED] I think you'll like. He's an old Marine doctor with somewhat of a Hippie streak. They're all somewhat Hippie and Lefty, but not the offensive kind. These are the smart Hippies and genuine, bleeding heart Liberals who just became exceptional physicians rather than like all these phoney baloney chatter boxes. 3) Once onto a good Natural Medicine foundation, I'd suggest seeing a classical homeopath [CENSORED], M.D. Same story there. He's an M.D., so a good insurance plan or Medicare will cover your visits. He bills $300 for the first visit which is 2 hours or more of strange interview. Then, follow-ups are usually by phone (though in-person is best) for $75; Usually about 30 minutes to an hour there. Dr. [CENSORED] used to be an ER doc, but grew frustrated among inability to really help people. Homeopathy fascinated him, and so he studied it. He's been helping people among this really crazy form of medicine for about 20 years now. I first learned of him while down sick and reading Dr. [CENSORED]'s book, [CENSORED]. [CENSORED]. In his first chapter, he introduced his personal story with Homeopathy. Was having [CENSORED] and chest pains. M.D. buddies were trying to diagnose it, but he had a conference in [CENSORED] to attend. Figured he'd look up an old Alternative Medicine buddy, [CENSORED], and subject himself to his newfangled homeopathy. That was back in the 1980's when homeopathy was growing popular in the U.S. again. And so, having felt much better under some non-classical homeopathic remedies given out of [CENSORED]'s clinic, I was curious, had been reading more, and I decided to look up [CENSORED]. Turned out he was still in business, and so he became my doctor. Later, I made him also Mom's doctor. [CENSORED HOMEOPATH M.D.] NOTE: He doesn't really practice Homeopathy as well as it can be done. As my professor likes to say, they're all doing it to about 10% power. Also, if you call him by phone and ask him to treat your cancer (same for CENSORED), they'll all deny any ability to do so. They'll tell you that they only do general "Wellness" consult, nutritional consult, or whatever; That [CENSORED] only tends to the "whole you and your symptom set". Whatever. They can work against your Prostate Cancer, but you'll have to coax it out of them. They don't advertise it. They don't just tell that to strangers over the phone. Too much Government and political corruption out there always digging into quacks who really do well against cancer. [CENSORED HOMEOPATH M.D.] is the polishing touch that I would suggest using with [CENSORED CLINIC]. [CLINIC] will get you on the right track and you'll likely see very impressive improvement within a couple months. Same for if you went to [M.D. HOMEOPATH] only, but in combination is best. If you do that, I think you won't have any more problem with this Prostate within less than 6 months. Also whatever other symptoms you present -- urinary frequency or whatever -- can also be cured away very nicely by homeopathy where [CLINIC] cannot go. Homeopathy is highly effective and dirt cheap medicine (usually $5 to $12 per vial that lasts a month and more). The problem is that [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s way is pretty much the way about 90% of the world practices Homeopathy. It works. It helps. It does a lot of good. It can do very well against a great many diseases, viral strains, cancers, and other woes, but it's limitations are a lengthy subject gone over on my website. There is a major curative difference and power between the Mediocre Classical Homeopathy that is [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s way versus that of how my professor practices closer to Hahnemann's way. So, if you're up for a trip to [CENSORED] or India later, I'd suggest seeing my professor. I consider him among the world's very few and perhaps the finest remaining true master of the art. Many of the famous folks I've been reading -- like this [CENSORED] -- do very well against Cancer. [CENSORED], is sort of a hybrid of typical Classical methods and some Advanced Classical approaches of his own spin. Among thousands of cancer patients tended, [CENSORED] has kept statistical count of his methods before and after transition to aqueous forms. Overall, [CENSORED] has doubled to tripled and even quadrupled in physician curative power since departure from all this repetitive, robotic, low or high dry dosing. In Prostate Cancer, for example, before 1993, [CENSORED] tended to 80 such cases. Of those 51 were "Viable" (living okay with cancer) and 24 were victories = 47% success rate. After 1993 (which is when [CENSORED] began to develop his liquid "plussing" methods), he tended to 150 Prostate Cancer cases, 90 were "Viable" and 72 were successful -- giving an 80% success rate. He's pretty much the top homeopath in [CENSORED] and his book sits atop the desk of any serious clinical homeopath. A little over a year ago, I asked [M.D. HOMEOPATH] if he could help a friend with cancer. He told me that he doesn't have much experience in the matter; That the laws in the U.S. make it very restrictive, and so really the best ones are found in India. Back in March 2006, I took myself and Mom in for follow-ups with [M.D. HOMEOPATH]. I had recently finished a read of [CENSORED] and wanted to loan it to [M.D. HOMEOPATH], but he already had it on his desk and said he was using it for treating cancer patients. This tells me he's somewhat new to the subject, but at least armed with [CENSORED] plussing methods in conjunction with his own dry dosing style. Thus, I would approximate [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s ability to help you somewhere in the 47% to 80% likely range and closer to 80%. As I mention on my website in regard to my own clinical capacity in the "[DR.QUACK], do you see patients?" link....envision homeopathy like a sword. Dr. [HOMEOPATH] uses a very dull, flimsy, and marginal knife yet has over 20 years homeopathic experience and ample M.D. education -- making him very capable with that crappy knife he holds. By comparison, my professor is not an M.D. and so lacks that breadth of education I think critical to helping most American patients of your profile (usually decades of butchery and drugging by Conventional Medicine). Places like [CENSORED CLINIC] are an excellent bridge and foundation between two extremes. Physicians like my professor work miracles in the Third World. He carries a very powerful and mightly curative sword as far as Advanced Classical Homeopathy goes. However, that power in the wrong hands can also be lethal and I am still learning to properly wield that sword. Thus, I tend to favor [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s experience and sloppy knife for someone like you at this point. When it comes to the harder to cure cases or situations where you need to fire a single, sniper's shot of medicine to cure things like Bird Flu or Super Flu among even the weak and dying....that's where our way reigns supreme. The medicinal sword we swing is the capacity to cure or kill with a single drop of medicine properly applied; To be able to do that down into the depths of the near fully dead and even the clinically dead. The ability to even awaken a fully cold, stiff (and not yet rotted corpse) is the true power of Homeopathy. Yet, that is a fairly cheap magic trick among Acute cases compared to the long-term management and reversal of a chronic disease. To be able to apply that curative hand with the most power, in the most gentle capacity, and in the least time....this is our highest objective. My professor teaches a great deal of Advanced Classical Theory and knows so much, but I have not yet witnessed his sword fully swinging, and so cannot suggest you see him. [M.D. HOMEOPATH], however, I personally know is very crafty with his sloppy knife. I believe the combination of [QDR001] and [M.D. HOMEOPATH] will show you amazing results within 2 to 6 months from the time started -- even on that hurting knee, on urinary tract woes, on all symptoms in general once seeing [M.D. HOMEOPATH]. For your case, I would estimate [M.D. HOMEOPATH] to be maybe near a B-grade homeopath as far as that standard of curative power goes. My professor, I'd rate as an A+ grade homeopath, but your case doesn't really need that at this point. [QDR001] I'd rate with a C grade which is very good for an N.D. because I consider most physicians of Natural Medicine to be about D grade at best. Your finest [CENSORED HMO] doctors I'd lump into a very low F category where failure is the overall, long-term result and victories the exception rather than the rule. Problems with the [M.D. HOMEOPATH] and [CENSORED] way: 1) Usually works best initially, but loses power over time due to excess repetition of doses. 2) These dry dosers tend to go in with either repetitive, low dosing or singular high dosing. Too much of a medicinal roller coaster ride. It works pretty well for a great many patients but tends to fail miserably among the weak. Adrenally weak patients like me you cannot just give 30C and 200C dosings to while thinking that will do wonders. I've seen sections of [CENSORED]'s book where I believe he has killed sickly, weak children using his excess 200C style. Way too rough a hand. Zero attention to building a foundation in Natural Medicine nutrition. You can't just expect the remedies and vitality boosting to carry the fight. Most homeopaths consider vitamins "suppressive" to a symptom set. They'll often ignore diet, supplements, and other drug contraindications. Very sloppy overall. I've seen [correction: Read his case summary] [CENSORED] try to cure a little boy with Leukemia with strong homeopathy only while wondering why the kid's arteries ruptured, and yet the boy was feeling so well -- up and around and doing really well, yet suddenly died. Strong homeopathy also is notorious for pulling cancer patients off the death bed for many years only to have them suddenly die at peace in their sleep. Why? Because it guides the healing course, but it takes the body time to heal. Just because one is feeling better does not mean he is. In feeling well, you are very prone to overdoing things. I am vulnerable to that right now. I am not cured, but often feel cured and so work hard on the farm. Could easily pop an artery or have a heart attack if going overboard, though homeopathy does nicely for me. Poor nutrition -- common among declined health and chronic illness -- makes those arterial walls weak. Where there's weakness and low blood pressure, you have to be all the more gentle with patients. The hoses have gone soft and need time to rebuild under nutrition while the homeopathy invoked only puts the system back online at near full power. You're more likely to cause serious, systemic failure from believing too much in the power of homeopathy alone.
[CENSORED] NOTE: Many homeopaths would scold me for criticizing the god-like Dr. [CENSORED], but I am just making an observation of his failure and my suspected reasons why. The man's work speaks for itself. He has done far more good than killing, but, in the career of any physician, patients are killed among neglect, lack of information, mistakes, or a poor approach. They do the best they know at the time and, in these modern times, where you have an M.D. actually curing thousands of cancer patients with ease, my critique of [CENSORED] is not at all calling him a quack or bad doctor. My criticism of [CENSORED] or [M.D. HOMEOPATH] methods need to be taken into consideration with the standard I judge them by: Which is some fuzzy, perfect, god-like Hahnemann bar none of us are able to jump over just yet. Remember, pilots, astronauts, and generals have a great many VALID criticisms of a guy like Chuck Yeager. But, the legendary man is the legendary man all the same. Surely, there are times when Yeager flew like a slob and botched everything, but, overall, he performed with greatness and actually accomplished many good things. [CENSORED] and this [M.D. HOMEOPATH] just fly differently and a bit "by the seat of the pants" sloppy as far as maybe my professor and his following might see it, but they fly very well all the same. Just as any combatant aviator would always have wanted Yeager in his squadron, my professor's philosophy on holding the middle path is a good one because, though we all differ in homeopathic styles and belief of how things should be done in perfection....Hahnemann himself threw out many of the previous rules in his last days and continually explored the art. We can plan and plan or say how things ought to be done with precision, but there are times when you do just throw the flight plan out the window and just aviate. In the end, the only proper course in the practice of Medicine is that which renders a greatly helped patient.
....It takes a lifetime to enter into the chronic illness state that you hold now and the truth is that cure is probably impossible at your age; That too much of aggression along the path to cure might only harm you; And that, like Dr. [CENSORED] says, health is an optimal state of function for where you are at and where you'd like to be. If you're age 70 now (I forget your age?), that's 70 years you've been sick in some form and didn't know it. Prior to that you inherited illness patterns from family. As a rule of thumb, it takes [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s way of homeopathy about 1 month per each year of illness to render curative effects. So, in reality, you're looking at 70 months and more (about 6 years of serious lifestyle, diet change, and proper medical practice) to achieve optimum health; To be really well cured and highly functional in your 80's; To maybe have a chance at being one of these active, healthy, old-timers in their 90's and 100's. It doesn't come overnight. What does come overnight, however, is a reversal of the most recent pathology (pathos or the most recent sufferings). What ails you now? How long has it been going on? Homeopathy doesn't really care to hear about your Prostate Cancer or High Blood Pressure. It wants to know only your symptoms. Cessat effectus cessat causa! Cure the symptoms and you cure the cause of the disease; for the disease and the cause are the same math. Of what significance is a disease with no symptoms that bother you? In curing and destroying the symptoms by SIMILARS action, rather than suppressing them and encouraging further disease picture spread by OPPOSITE acting medicine (the Conventional course), you pretty much encircle and strangle the whole disease picture -- thereby killing the cause along an indirect attack. It's like patching holes in a leaky hose: Plug the holes (cure the symptom) and the water pressure (low pressure being the disease) is restored to the line. Conventional Medicine focuses upon attack of symptoms, too. And, the M.D.'s often do very well when prescribing multiple drugs against multiple symptoms, but their medicine almost always just suppresses the symptoms for a time -- causing addictive traits of worsening health when the medicine is removed; for this is the grand scheme of a very good racket for thousands of years now. It's the way of the twin-serpent, merchantile Caduceus; Medicinal commerce. The single serpent symbol found at places like [CENSORED HMO] is well-meaning and somewhat left-wing, anti-capitalist medical philosophy, but is still too mixed with that twin-serpent Caduceus. On my site's intro to Homeopathy, I go over the evolution of the two different medical systems of the Mechanist versus the Vitalist [Those are my professor's teachings, by the way, not my own]. ..The true homeopath is a pure Vitalist as are many forms of Alternative Medicine; Chinese and Hindu medicine are Vitalist doctrines at the core, for example. The modern, inept M.D.'s way is that of a pure Mechanist and it has been corrupt among the OPPOSITE herbal approach ever since Rome's Galen decided the ancient SIMILARS philosophy was unsound. But, in modern times and in dealing with modern patients such as yourself, it takes a hybrid Vitalist/ Mechanist to wean you off of Allopathy in the most gentle and effective fashion. Therefore, the combination of [QDR001] and [M.D. HOMEOPATH] I find most suitable recommendation to anyone sick as a starting point. The road to full cure and optimized health is always a long one -- always a function of what the patient puts into it and how they change their ways. But, little things like cure of the most recent pathology, really don't take that long. What's your most recent pathology? PSA count. Probably a few years of urinary frequency and other woes. Remedies like Cantharis or Thuja tend to work well for urinary woes, but it is best to survey your full symptom set before applying a remedy. And, though [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s sloppy medicinal knife is only 10% the power of what it can be, I do know he is somewhat studied in [CENSORED]'s way. I know that [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s course is a gentle and safe one that takes time to act, and that is often better -- especially for deeply entrenched chronic illness -- than a rough hand or too powerful a medicinal approach applied. With [M.D. HOMEOPATH], you will find some months of significant improvement. Maybe continual, steady improvement. You may also find some periods of worsening, but need to ride that out as he adjusts his course and better maps your symptom set. He's a tinkering doctor, not God. Bottom line: Your most recent pathology is not within the last several months. It goes back a few years to the time of your first urinary tract woes and prostate cancer problem. It's just a more recent evolution of your total disease picture. It can be squashed and destroyed. I am confident that [QDR001] alone can start to reverse your PSA count into normal ranges like nothing much in maybe a month or two. Maybe even some of the things I suggest -- like the raspberries will help there. But, to really make a curative adjustment and strike deepest, you need the homeopathic touch. Homeopathic remedies like Thuja, Conium, Sabal serrulata, and Lycopodium have been used to great curative effect by Dr. [CENSORED] [for Prostate Cancer]. I expect physicians like [QDR001] would start you on diet, nutrition, various supplements and labs. All helpful for a time, but herbs you don't want to upkeep for too long. It's a good start, though. Then, a visit to [M.D. HOMEOPATH] will probably have you on something like Lycopodium 12C -- one pellet daily for a month is his repetitive, dry doser style. Thuja might be a better urinary tract remedy, but [M.D. HOMEOPATH] might see your overall personality, academic nature, and other traits as more fitting to Lycopodium or some other remedy. [One really needs to survey your whole disease picture before deciding upon treating the pathology first and constitutional issues second, or vice versa, or by other approaches.] I trust in [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s ability to select remedies very much. He has years of experience and learning in that regard. Where we differ is his use of 12C dry dosing. I like his use of low potencies in chronic disease, but, like my professor, find the repetitive dry dosing archaic. It is better when you disolve the pellet in water and at least change the vibration via succussion with each dose. The LM potencies provide a much more gentle and effective hand, but [M.D. HOMEOPATH] prefers the methods he was taught and knows. He works well with them. His way works for most cases and I believe will work well for you given what I already know of you. [He doesn't mess with nosodes, sarcodes, and isodes, though. Doesn't manufacture remedies by hand. Applies only one remedy at a time and doesn't rotate much. There's a lot of good that can be done among the application of other tactics where one holds the middle path in homeopathy]. ...The only area to be leery about with [M.D. HOMEOPATH] is if you're not responding well to his 12C style and he wants to step up the medicinal strength to 30C, 200C, or the M potencies. If you are strong and not so sensitive to the remedies, this is okay. If you are adrenally weak, or weak from other illness, or sensitive in some form....the wrong remedy or the right one a bit too strong can really fluster you and sometimes kill you if you drive healing too fast beyond the patient's ability to catch up. Most the world's homeopaths -- [M.D. HOMEOPATH] included -- seem to tell patients that homeopathy heals, but cannot harm. That's b.s. I've killed fish with it. Even weak, low dose homeopathy at 4C levels I have used to kill fish among medical malpractice. It's really not an issue of high dosing or low dosing, but a strange kind of medicinal harmonics which can also be described in the electromagnetic spectrum. It's very much an issue of trying to musically tune the medicine to the overall sound of your symptoms. Twisting too tight on a guitar string or too loose is bad, but just the right tension allows the proper vibration and the perfect sound. That's how selection of remedy, dose, and repetition timing goes. It is a science, but, being poorly articulated in modern Physics and only 200 years old as a medical craft, it's still more of a quack art. Best I can tell you is that I've healed wounds in my dog to about 5 to 7 fold faster and alleviated suffering near instantly with homeopathy. I've also pushed healing too fast in myself, in my dog, in fish kills, and am still trying to better map the remedy actions. I make fish live about 5 times longer under the most severe of chemical attack using this quackery and haven't even started to push that envelope. I alleviate hayfever sneezes within 5 minutes and obtain all-day coverage using a little Nux Vomica as needed while no prescription or over-the-counter drug has ever worked so well. My mom's arthritis and urinary frequency woes we greatly alleviate under homeopathy and she worsens like clockwork whenever being bad and antidoting with coffee. I have used somewhat obscure blood vaccine tactics (blood auto-nosode) against Multiple Myeloma in a friend and seen impressive results with that. I'm still working on my own Adrenal Failure case, but am doing far better than three years ago. Many things learned; A lifetime of things to still learn. It'll be decades before I'm even in the performance class of a "mediocre" homeopath like [M.D. HOMEOPATH], but his "mediocre" way I consider among the finest in the world -- at least in regard to your condition at this time. ...If you have a problem along the way, then we should talk more and maybe you should plan on a trip to [CENSORED] but, for now, [M.D. HOMEOPATH] is about the best homeopathy you'll find in Northern California. [QDR001] is about the best N.D. I think you'll find that I know about in the United States, but that may be stretching it some. As far as modern masters of homeopathy go, I really don't think there are any other than my professor and even his approach is probably lacking in some areas. I follow his philosophy that we cannot be extremists and must hold the middle path with a broad range of capacities in our bag of tricks. To me, that means not fully throwing away your Conventional Medicine options. It means building that good Natural Medicine foundation alongside Classical Homeopathy and Advanced Classical Methods. There is a time and place for Conventional Medicine's methods and drugs, but they just usually do so poorly in regard to cancer and other chronic ailments or even diagnosis of more subtle illness -- such as in the GI tract. Radiation and surgery are often detested (by Alternative Medicine fans), but physicians like [QDR001] and [M.D. HOMEOPATH] can usually work around whatever butchery has been done. The only incurable patient is the incurable patient or a corpse and, though I haven't yet tried it, in theory and in past homeopathic cases, you can at times even restore life to the cold, fully rigormortis dead. As far as I know, however, that's only been done where they were lost to Acute illness, where young and vital prior to clinical death, and had only stopped breathing and pulse -- with rigormortis set in -- within the hour. In case histories and in my own fish kills, I do notice that same strong medicine causing tremendous relief and calm among at least my fish subjected to chemical assault. The only purpose of homeopathy is to cure. Where it cannot cure, the purpose is to prolong vitality and life. Where that is impossible, its purpose is to alleviate suffering to the end. It doesn't always cure -- mostly due to physician sloppy ways in wielding that medicinal sword along with various patient factors. But, from treatment to death, it's about the only form of medicine which allows the patient a great deal of control over their condition. It's exceptionally useful on the deathbed for alleviation of suffering, Anxiety, pains, and usually makes it so that the dying patient does not need to be drugged so much with Morphine. They are usually able to stay awake, comfortable, and chatting with family to the end if really dying. And, if they are curable, often they just get off that death bed and walk out. Sometimes they go a long way and then drop dead if a good foundation was not built while the remedy actions were that strong. Other times, they go on...and on...and on like England's Queen Mother. Even that Prince Charles is pretty healthy and robust for his age. Queen Elizabeth is pretty healthy for her age. Dr. Hahnemann himself was fighting his own illness all his life. Much of that could be because he self-experimented all the time on various drugs, but he lived into his 80's and managed to keep up with a young wife, too! :-)
Anyhow, you'll be fine. In fact, I'll even warranty your adventure up to about $1500 out of pocket. If you see [QDR001] and [M.D. HOMEOPATH], have all those visits covered by insurance so that cost isn't such a consideration, and blow through about $1500 in their supplements and homeopathic remedies to no satisfaction and improvement after a year.....I'll sign over my World War 1 era Colt 1911 to you (.45 automatic). It's the 1911 U.S. Army model, not the 1911A1. Blued finish, not that crappy black packerized. Wood stocks, not the crappy WW2 plastic. Serial numbers in the 152,000 range and manufactured around 1917. I don't know the value these days, but maybe she's about $1500 to $2000. A little sloppy in the slide and only good for close range shooting, but the feed ramp is polished and she's a fun shooter or historical display piece. I'll gamble her that you're PSA problem -- along with some other primary symptoms like urinary frequency and some knee pain -- will vanish into normal ranges after 6 months to a year with [QDR001] and [M.D. HOMEOPATH]. The osteoarthritic knee maybe can only be alleviated in pain, but any urinary frequency I could fix for you right now with a little Cantharis or Thuja. Your prostate cancer I actually consider so trivial a problem that I don't mind betting my Colt on it because I'm that certain these two doctors can put you on the right course exactly as I state. Or, you can have my old Colt, pawn it off, and that'll recover whatever money you blew along that course. Shouldn't even cost that much in supplements and homeopathic remedies over a year, so you'd actually be at a profit if your insurance at least covers the office visits and [CLINIC] labs. ...Keep in touch with me along the whole way and I'll steer you clear of any problems seen brewing among [QDR001]'s course or [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s. I'll chalk you up to another case study. To graduate these days as a homeopath, you actually have to show several chronic disease cases significantly cured or helped within 6 months treatment time. That's a pretty tough standard. It's easy to do on easier cases; Totally possible to pull off on even the worst of cancer cases. Anyhow, don't sweat it. If you're the kind who listens to your doctors and gives up when they say they can do no more....well, then, yep, you're a gonner already. If you feel like taking a patient's test pilot adventure....you haven't even started to run through all your options yet. The whole Alternative Medicine world is filled with quackery, voodoo, and hucksters but the course I mentioned to you doesn't involve much more than casual doctor visits as usual. A little more expense, but nothing much and usually less than the cost of what the M.D.'s have in mind. To approach cure, the average cancer patient does not have to attend multi-thousand dollar seminars, nor search for some wonder herb, nor buy into all sorts of quack equipment and programs. It's mostly just a couple years of more frequent visits to sharper doctors, preferably all homeopathic cheap medicine, some supplements / more powerful vitamins, and a few key labs now and then. Maybe, if the best isn't working for you, then you spend some money on an airline ticket and ask some obscure, master physician in the world to see you. ...You'll be fine. This is nothing that can't be tackled. It's not like you're dealing with liver or pancreatic cancer. Let me know what you decide. ---------- 7/7/06 Dr.Quack wrote: Between now and the time you choose the Alternative Medicine course, maybe I can at least help you a little. Forget all your existing disease names and labels given by the M.D.'s. Tell me what's going on with you right now. What are your most bothersome symptom complaints? Even the ones that seem non-essential. Urinary frequency? Any pains? Where? If you have time, go visit this website: www.ABCHomeopathy.com. Click on the link that takes you to the Online Remedy Finder. There, you'll have a better outline of symptom boxes to check off. It'll ask you for subsequent aggravations, ameliorations, and other relations. Run through all your primary symptoms. Their software selects a remedy for you (but never trust a computer). Select the "View Grid Remedy" option. That's a very handy tool. Then, there's an option to email that report to yourself, to me, and to save it. Save it as a file. Email it to me. Then, I can run through my books. Right now, I'm a little tossed up between Thuja or Lycopodium for you. There are also nosodes like Carcinosin or the blood autonosode trick (also an Isode; Somewhat of a sarcode). Depending on your other symptoms, I might be able to tell you to try something like Thuja or Lycopodium12C in liquid form daily between now and the time you see [QDR001] or [M.D. HOMEOPATH]. Might do you some good that would be visible on your PSA count between now and the time you get more appropriate help and case following. I can at least piece together your case for presentation to [QDR001] and build your file up for [M.D. HOMEOPATH] Then, I'll just move back to watching and learning as they hammer away at you. How often is your PSA count now taken? Can you take it sooner? If able to test frequently, I'd go with a week on the red raspberries, test again the PSA, and then double or more the raspberry dose. Then, maybe toss in some over-the-counter homeopathy and measure PSA after 2 weeks there. That's stuff you can do while waiting for an appointment with [QDR001]. Food allergy panels take about 2 weeks to return, so you could get started on a dietary log and pulse checking. Cut out all foods that drive your pulse up. Narrow down to something like Salmon, Red Cabbage, and Walnuts for a baseline pulse. Add in one food at a time. Whatever drives up the pulse about 30 minutes after meals....cut that out. Whatever causes you gas, or a rash, or any odd symptom within that digestion period...cut that out. Homeopathy will also make you more resistant to this allergic effect, but the more you trim them out, the better. Ample Vitamin C!! Cancer patients usually need far more than 5000 m.g./day, but 4 to 5 grams consumption per day is a pretty safe starting and support point outside physician supervision. ------ 7/7/06 Dr. Quack wrote: Some detective work here: Okay, your PSA count has jumped from <1 to 5 in the last 3 months. So, what's been different in your life over these last 3 months? Any new stresses? Later work hours? New medications? Changes in sleep pattern? Travels? Flu bugs? Something must be behind this recent drop in overall Vitality which has led to existing tumor aggression. What? Find that factor and remove it, and you'll make the fight all the easier.

Well- this may be the right direction to pursue- Starting last November, I had a major colon cancer operation- removed polyp about size of thumb plus six-8 inch section- cancer confirmed but all contained within the polyp. Recovery was very slow as I became very anemic. Started to load up on vitamins, iron, lots of C, lots of verggie juice and it is still on the low side but very safe.
DR. QUACK NOTE: Iron aggravates Prostate woes and Prostate Cancer (See Dr. Lam's articles). Probably correcting this anemia issue homeopathically and with natural medicine while trimming back on Iron supplementation and focusing both on Prostate Cancer and Colon Cancer countermeasures will do the trick.
Went for 2 week trip in England and came down with bad flu after return (the usual crappy air on the planes)
DR.QUACK NOTE: You're not the first patient I've heard of who worsens in cancer aggression after the stress of travel. People think it enjoyable and it is, but it tires you. I think the fatigue more likely than germs in the air; for, if your Vitality was strong, the germs would not impact you so greatly and the cancer would have been better held in check. Climate change with travel is another issue. Different foods. It's a temporary and dramatic lifestyle change usually for the worse.
Wife has been very down from a urinary type infection- very slow recovery and she was really knocked off her feet. Doctors still can't nail down what causes the infection- she is diabetic but nubers are very good- she is very careful. I guess this rise in PSA could certainly be stress related. I think I shall now have a good glass of wine and a good cigar. That should work for today. I still load up with vitamins, veggie juice and pomagranate juice. Sleep is difficult but generally get 6-1/2 to 8 per night.
DR.QUACK NOTE: No, not so much stress but how your body is adapting to stress. If well adrenally supported -- with things like B-5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin C, Miso soup, or Pregnenolone -- the adrenals are able to take much more stress, and so the body is not greatly impacted by much. Rest, sleep, and nutrition greatly impact adrenal strength and overall Vitality. If you're running around the world while anemic and not working well against that...it's kind of a no-brainer that you'd only worsen. Careful on any Pregnenolone use without physician consult, though. Not always advisable where there are Prostate issues. Homeopathy -- where properly done -- is almost always better than any supplementation.
I'll take time this weekend to review all your other advice. Many many thanks my friend, ------- 7/7/06 Dr. Quack wrote: Hi Mr. M, Well, operations cause a lot of stress and that anemia is a sign of weakness. The trip and a sick wife might do it, for sure. Take a look at your finger nails, too. They're a good gauge of health; Same for the tongue. At the cuticles, you should find some half moons at least on your thumbs. They look like the attached image. Usually, in a healthy person of excellent circulation who is well rested (such as me when my adrenals are strong), you have half moons on all fingers of each hand except the Pinky. The thumb is the largest. Typical of cancer patients is the condition of half moons present on only the thumbs. It's an old Oriental Medicine observation that I find holds true. I find it only takes me a couple weeks to swap from thumbs only to all four fingers filled with half moons -- depending upon my adrenal fatigue state. It relates somehow to overall blood and lymphatic circulation, though I am not certain on exactly what the half moons are composed of. My best guess is Calcium Carbonate -- same as in oyster shells. I have studied two Multiple Myeloma patients with Hypercalcemia whose finger and toe nails grew exceedingly fast. White spots on the nails are said to be from periods of calcium deficiency. Calcium and Magnesium tend to be dumped from tissue stores into the blood stream among stress (mental or physical) and adrenal strain, but for some reason the half moons and nails only register a deficiency; Same for the tongue. Overall circulation is reduced with adrenal strain. Re: Your wife's urinary tract infection.
I am just recovering from one. UTI's can come from a variety of reasons. I notice mine brewed up after I spent a week working on the farm here with bad personal hygeine. Came in too tired each evening to shower; Figured I'd only get dirty in the morning anyhow. Just opted to konk out. In the morning, I wanted to beat the heat, and so started working. Grew a beard for about a week and smelled like a pig, too! Was also eating way too many sugars in the diet and had a slight relapse of the Candida in the guts. So, was it from Candida relapse or just being dirty? I dunno; Probably both. That and was on Pregnenelone supplement which may have inflamed the Prostate a bit. Can't be VD because I don't get out and there are only goats here for chicks! But, I developed urinary frequency problems and pain in the privates. Jumped on it immediately because long-running UTI's can do serious kidney damage if not properly treated. Mom also had a long-running UTI possibly behind her urinary frequency problem after having a catheter inserted. Any little bit of resilient bacteria entering the urinary tract (often fed by sugar in the urine) really encourages bacteria, yeast, and fungal growth. For me, I was having to pee every 15 minutes. Just little trickles. Feeling of urine retained. A little burn, but not much. Ache in the bladder area. Difficulty walking. ...Read up on it and started countermeasures figuring it to be Cystitis. Called a [CLINIC] doc [CENSORED] and asked what to do. He advised continual water drinking with a bit of dilute cranberry juice. I noticed that really helped. Also, he advised Asparagus. He suggested a urine test ASAP and said there might be some blood. Also suggested a natural antibiotic called D-Mannose. It's a variant of sugar which specially binds with E. Coli in the urinary tract and flushes it out. Until that arrived a couple days later, I was loading up on about 5000 mg. Vitamin C daily and also many cloves of garlic. Also some Pau D' Arco tea, red (Riobos tea), green tea, etc. Kept working fluids through the system to flush out. It all helped but didn't seem to be doing a complete job. I wanted the problem cured immediately, not lingering. Then, I called [M.D. HOMEOPATH] to do a homeopathic workup on me and advise on an Acute Intercurrent Remedy (an acute remedy you rotate in with the existing one given for my chronic condition). I had also studied myself and ran a repertory -- figuring Cantharis, Nux Vomica, or Thuja might work well. I stock all that here, but usually like an opinion other than my own before tinkering too much. [M.D. HOMEOPATH] felt Thuja 12C would be best in repetitive dry doses up to 3 times a day for awhile. He also wanted me to do a urine test so as to figure if it was Prostate related, bladder, or what. At the time, my stockpile here was very limited and I had to wait on the Thuja, so I asked if I could apply Cantharis. He didn't want me to, but I was suffering so much that I did. I also applied Nux Vomica in rotation. ...There, I found that the Cantharis really helped with the urinary frequency symptom, but not the ache and, as usual, if you don't fully grasp at the whole symptom set with a good remedy match, the untouched symptoms sometimes worsen. So, urge to pee improved while aches worsened. Then, I applied Nux Vomica for the aches and general Anxiety over the whole matter. I get somewhat flustered when losing control of my health -- feel like a pilot spinning out of control and falling to earth; Just sort of a frantic effort to regain the aircraft. Nux I applied because it counters Anxiety while also serving the urinary tract issue and I thought myself a bit on the hypochondriacal side only making my pains worse. That helped a bit at only 6X test dosings. Thuja 12C then arrived and I applied that 3 times daily for a couple days; Then once daily; Then as needed and backing off to nothing when improved; A little dosing here and there over a week. My professor advised me to transition to liquid forms, but I was not eager to experiment in that state and chose to stick with [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s experience. ...Anyhow, it took about 2 weeks to clean that up and remove all symptoms. I never bothered with the urine test because I figured it to be some form of Cystitis and believe the issue was cleared out before moving past the bladder. Protecting the kidneys was my concern there. I should follow up with [M.D. HOMEOPATH] on it soon, but it's been over a month and all seems well. I continue to take some dilute cranberry juice and a little D-Mannose dosing as I remember for general cleansing of the urinary tract. I usually eat a whole cucumber in some soy sauce now and then when wanting a good system flush. You can almost feel cucumbers cleaning you out inside. They're very good for diabetics. Over the last couple years, I've actually come to feel in myself when some of my organs and systems are dirty and clogged up and what improves that. When the liver and gall bladder are bad from too many carbs, yeast/ fungal overgrowth, and insufficient antifungal countermeasures (like garlic), action there and red cabbage really takes away that bloated and sluggish feeling. Sometimes, my kidneys burn and have had painful stones among the Calcium/ Magnesium dumping of adrenal strain. I notice that cucumber seems to cool them down; Same with more water. Sugar, carbs, and the bad foods for me seem to aggravate. Sweating and hard, physical labor is more like running up an engine that has been sitting for too long; Does it plenty of good. You can feel it. Anyhow, cranberry and cucumbers I notice most in regard to a clean and cool feeling in my own kidney/ urinary tract. Seems to flush out the plumbing well and reduce inflammation. But, all in all, I would say the best curative action received in the shortest time came from the homeopathic remedies: Cantharis, Nux, and Thuja which I rotated a bit deviant from [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s way and also deviant from my professor's way; Sort of a hybrid of the two homeopath approaches. No problems any more. I still get a little bladder/ muscular ache when sitting at my desk too long, but I think that mostly from posture and sitting. I just work on keeping the urinary tract clean for good measure anyhow. A couple weeks from now, if I remember, maybe I'll go in for a routine blood test for good measure. Mom's problem was mostly urinary frequency. No prescription drugs ever helped her much. [QDR001] believed her problem in a kidney more so than the bladder. In my review of her, I suspected maybe a lingering UTI from the catheter and treated her naturally as such. Seemed to help, too. But, homeopathy made the greatest curative change in her condition. She no longer pees in her pants and is able to enjoy life again. The only time she has the problem is when not listening to me and drinking coffee (which antidotes the homeopathic remedies a bit and aggravates her system), so we have to redose her. She's more active than me, but we have to watch her developing arteriosclerosis. Just took her in for some scans; A little plaque buildup in the cartoid arteries we need to work against. Arthritic pains come and go depending upon whether she's letting the homeopathic remedies work or antidoting them with coffee sneaked in, but, overall, her urinary problem was well served by Cantharis 6X. Nux Vomica I also applied to her and it helped some. [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s prescription of Phosphorous for her helped with the arthritis and her other symptoms, but didn't do much good on the urinary issue. ...That's the problem with [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s way. It works, but, when you're dealing with multiple symptoms that never match a particular remedy to 100%, often you better serve the patient by using rotating intercurrent remedies. For example, if Calcarea Carbonica is my best chronic fit right now, I rotate to an acute intercurrent of Nux Vomica whenever hayfever bothers me and needs instant correction. I stopped the Calc Carb and went with Cantharis, Nux, and Thuja in order to work against the UTI (acute) issue. Outside of [M.D. HOMEOATH]'s watch, I have rotated back into Nux Vomica. Why? Because hayfever was my biggest gripe lately and Nux also matches me well overall. Maybe I'll return to the Calc Carb in a bit. I dunno. It depends upon my total symptoms at the time. For now, I have opted for no homeopathy at all -- because sometimes you actually improve from stopping the remedies! Too much repetitive dry or wet dosing is no good. The curative action of homeopathic remedies is the inverse of Conventional drugs in that the cure comes from the destruction of the symptom set upon the remedy's removal or wear off (as discussed in the wave models on my site). Remedies applied too frequently and too long build up in power if shifted slightly in vibration or they can negate the power of the previous dosing and confuse a case. When in doubt, best to cut it out! Stop, watch, observe, alter course. ...Overall, I'd advise the same course for your wife of seeing [QDR001] regarding her overall condition, Diabetes, and general health. Then, take her to [M.D. HOMEOPATH] (who is just down the road). In a month or two, she'll have no more problems with this UTI issue and be on track regarding Diabetes. [QDR001] actually has [CENSORED] regarding how he cured [CENSORED] cases of Diabetes using natural methods and also homeopathic tactics. I'll throw that up on my website tomorrow under the Case Studies section in the afternoon. Might not get to it until around 3 p.m. or the evening, but, by Monday, I'll certainly have ample reading material and links set up for you and the wife. ...Don't sweat it. I am very confident [QDR001] and [M.D. HOMEOPATH] combined will help you both if you choose to take that path. Around the time you realize that there is a whole way of practicing Medicine that actually heals and cures like nothing much at all even on the most serious of conditions....it will make you very sad for the country that just about every nation other than our own more properly tends to the sickly. It makes you almost anti-Capitalist at least in regard to Medicine, and yet the Pinko, Socialist, and Commie ideas on Medicine are no good, either. When you look into the best DoD research on Homeopathy -- which should be in their own survival and counter-WMD interests -- it's all so tame and nerd sissy. It's difficult for me to articulate it there other than in those words, but there's sort of an overly intellectual/ overly academic dweeb jargon all these fancy and over-rated nerds make. Lots of fancy talk, figures, and perpetual research but not a whole lot done that actually impresses me. Same style as the jokers perpetually seeking a cure in the "war on cancer". "There is no cure, but until there's a cure or new wonder drug or vaccine or butchered up infants, there's us and our foundation you can donate to! Our marathons you can run and cute ribbons you can wear." They sort of make a mountain out of the mole hill that is cancer. What you find is all this fuss, nerd jive, and R&D racket surrounding perpetual research into fairly trivial or marginally effective Conventional approaches. Meanwhile, nit wits all around the world -- and usually poor doctors in the Third World -- are out there curing cancer in thousands of patients pretty well as if nothing more than a bad cases of hives. ...I forget if it was Jefferson or Franklin who warned us about these things, but one of them warned us that every evil under the sun would arise the day we gave the Government authority to license physicians; The power to take healing away from the average citizen and institutionalize it all under the guise of "We're from the Government and we're here to help protect you from the world's quacks!" Homeopathy, though, leaves only room for three perceptions:
1) You've personally tried it, felt it work, and been amazed multiple times over while not being able to fully articulate the Physics behind it. It's almost pathetic how dirt cheap it is, too!. 2) Or, you're one of these jokers who comments on it but never personally experimented much with it. Many of the critics tend to be paid propagandists or have some sort of axe to grind that is not really representative of a neutral, scientific opinion. 3) Or, you're in line with the majority of the world that doesn't really know much about it, has heard some things, and thinks it pretty much on par with herbalism, witchcraft, and voodoo medicine.
...Once you don't fit in box #2 or #3 (the most common starting place for people), perception box #1 is the only avenue. You realize it's very powerful stuff, very poorly understood by about 90% of those who practice the way, and what I love about it is that it is about the only form of medicine that can actually defend this country's cities and troops to almost miraculous capacity someday. When we get it down right someday, it is the ability to multiply out our medicine stockpiles millions and even billions of times over from just a single dose of mother batch. That greatly cuts logistics and time. Theoretically, the small stock of medicine I keep here could be multiplied out enough to tend to the entire population of the U.S. Sounds crazy, but that ability of a wee little bit of material to produce tremendous reaction we also observe in the splitting of the atom. It's a goofy streak among the physics of the ultra-small, the ultra-dilute, and the ultra-excited states. A homeopathic remedy is very much like a very small scale nuke warhead of medicine. Through refinement, enrichment, and implosion pounding we cause some sort of chain reaction in the remedy and fluid which does create a sort of explosion reaction when coming into contact with the body. It fascinates me particularly because it is so "controversial" and the physics mystery behind it all I think will someday be another one of these revolutionary scientific discoveries that shakes our foundation. We know it works, but why?!! Cure by similars is a no-brainer. Cessat effectus cessat causa is a core doctrine that makes elegant sense. But, why does serial dilution and succussion actually make the medicine more powerful?! That "controversial" aspect of the art and understanding the wave nature of the remedies is closer to the mystery. It's as elusive as trying to fully understand the quanta and the classic undefinables: Light, Time, Matter, and Energy. We need Einstein's Grand Unifying Theory to put it all neatly into perspective, I think. The remedies are very much based in that lumpy, quantum world and so that means there must also be a statistical nature to understanding them; That any kind of smooth mathematics, physics, and thinking just breaks down in the realm of the ultra-small and the ultra-dilute. Best I can tell you is that the M.D.'s usually mock it because they think too much in terms of a Newtonian particle world of Classical Physics. That's all they see in school: Differential and Integral Calculus at most; Mechanics and Electricty & Magnetism for physics. That's it. Vector Calculus and Modern Physics typically are not part of the M.D.'s curriculum. Thus, they miss key concepts like Particle/Wave duality to matter and often take a chemist's view to things. The whole serial dilution and succusion issue to the remedies is comical to them; About as comical as a group of math nerds once proposing that we could actually unleash tremendous energy by splitting an atom it is. Anyhow, the issue of homeopathic remedies makes more sense from a wave perspective to Matter; At other times, it's cleaner from a particle view. Without a doubt, we're dealing with issues of Light; for Matter is nothing more than Light and Energy sort of cooled and cystallized in our hypergeometric little world. Until we better understand Light, Time, Matter, and Energy...homeopathy will continue to be elusive. And, that's the key: There's something about it which points the way to something very revolutionary that we need to know about those classic four undefinables. What dwells behind the mystery is something vastly more useful than a relatively trivial discovery and explanation like Einstein's Photoelectric Effect. It's down at the level of this GUT chase, and so I suppose even Gravity and the other fundamental forces need to be taken into account in regard to the remedies. If we gathered all the world's finest mathematicians and physicists into a conference on the matter, I think they would have a harder time solving the mystery than they did developing the A-bomb because all the present stuff they argue about is required to shed better light on these matters. Or, perhaps a totally different perspective than the norm is required. I don't know. All I can do is try to figure it out for myself until I'm cozy with it and understanding the remedies or illness patterns in terms of waves, frequencies, musical notes, and vibration patterns makes more sense to me than a particle perspective. An either / or view is not sound, however. The truth is a fuzzy hybrid of the two. ...If I can make a physics analogy, the homeopathic mystery surrounding all this serial dilution and succussion fuss is about on par with trying to understand something like Barrier Tunneling and Shroedinger Wave Functions in transistors. You can't understand Barrier Tunneling without a wave perspective and even that is rough on the mind because we think too much in terms of a 3 and 4 dimensional world. The ability of an electron to just pass right through a solid barrier like a ghost is pretty wild & crazy. Then again, from a particle perspective down at the ultra-small, no "solid" barriers are all that solid or anything more than a molecular array of inter-atomic spacing which waves can penetrate where particles cannot. Barrier Tunneling is not that mysterious if you think in terms of particle/ wave duality all the time when dealing with Light, Matter, Energy, and Time. Likewise, the issue of homeopathic remedies relates to Light, Matter, Energy, and Time domains within also a particle/ wave model. Anyhow, it makes much more sense as Quackery when you view each remedy dose as just a miniature, radioactive object or broad spectrum transmitter with key spectral lines matching the spectral lines of a disease condition in the body. The remedy is like a key to the disease lock upon the body. It's a frequency matching issue; An issue of harmonics, distortion, reflection, refraction, transmission, wave interference, dampening, phasor shifts, wave amplification over time, etc. All these qualities of the wave perspective well explain homeopathic remedies whereas a particle view cannot. The radio and infrared bands are mostly where the remedies can be seen and also the diseases. Meanwhile, the overall sensitivity of the human body and mind to radio and infrared emission from homeopathic remedies raises some questions about the overall electromagnetic noise we deal with in society daily and how that impacts health. It also raises many weapons and WMD implications that we already know about in regard to electromagnetic impacts upon the body and mind. Other issues -- like the effect of EMP upon remedies and all medicine in general -- are other areas needing further study. Homeopathic remedies are basically a form of Radiation Medicine, but their radiance is produced via dilution, impact momentum, frequency, and mechanical vibration with dilution actually bearing the most significant effects. The more dilute is the medicine, the more energetic it happens to be and that's what's really crazy about it! I sometimes view it a bit from a particle perspective as that of a single molecule among an expanded gas bubble. As we create a near pure vaccum and take out all the air -- leaving only one molecule of solute in the solution that is air -- that molecule encounters less collisions and impacts the walls of the bubble with greater momentum; Thus, yielding greater thermal and infrared output. If we excite the gas and molecule via vibration, we raise the temperature and Black Body Radiator output. Plank's Curve shifts a bit. Then, we have to consider Heisenberg Uncertainty. Confine the particle's position and you cannot know its momentum or energy value. Know the momentum and you cannot know the position. In each case, we do roughly know the energy value to homeopathic remedies. Therefore, this tells us that we cannot assign a positional or particulate view to remedies and their molecules. It says we have to lean closer to the wave perspective to make any sense of what's going on. Meanwhile, in attempting to fix position in the remedy among dilution actions and mechanical vibration, we make the energy value more unstable and uncertain with additional serial dilution and succussion. That also nicely matches with the Shroedinger Wave models. Well, so that's why I like [M.D. HOMEOPATH]'s12C low dosing style, albeit his dry dosing repetition is not so good. At the 12C level, you're right near the fringe where the remedies exist in the world between classical and modern physics; Between particle and wave; Between molecules understandable in classical views or quantum theory. Just as an aircraft of unstable design is the most agile, a remedy existing right on the fulcrum at that crossover point of discontinuity tends to be pretty powerful, agile, and versatile even though considered low potency by most homeopaths in the world. And, 12's are always a nice harmonic number of engineering balance. A four cylinder engine sucks and vibrates too much. A V-6 is a little less ugly. A V-8 is a little less ugly. A V-12, however, is as automotive engines should be. They don't come any smoother running than that. All the vibration stress on the crankshaft just nicely dampens out into a full circle as even as the 12 points on a clock face. Phasor shifts (a circular issue) also seem to relate to the homeopathic remedies like that and there is a sort of phasor shifting going on when we serial dilute and succuss remedies, I believe. DR. QUACK NOTE: Phasor shift I sometimes think maybe behind the whole remedy "memory" and "structured water" issue. Many have considered electron flipping and have searched the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance bands only to find debatable data. Vibrational energy of succussion, however, is clearly being stored in water by some mechanism and, given that medicinal energy grows as a function of dilution while also bearing wavelike behavior patterns, I think we're dealing with energy storage issues pertinent mostly in a wave mechanical model while also needing to consider a hypergeometric storage possibility. Where does the energy and Light go?! And, how is it returning upon application to the body?! It is almost as if it does Barrier Tunnel elsewhere and then return like a ghost! Something very Shroedinger is going on there! ;-) If we impart vibrational energy to a remedy in manufacture, and yet cannot measure in full all the domains of energy storage and release -- finding that some value of energy is missing from the picture -- I suspect maybe the energy is crossing over to the C side of Einstein's E=MC^2 statement. It's maybe being stored a bit on the "other side"; In that hypergeometric realm outside our conventional mathematics, and so that ironically puts me right back on the trail of my great grandpa'S hypergeometry addiction with only a fraction of his nerd power. That homeopathy causes us to just stare...and stare...and stare at a chalkboard full of frustrating math and physics concepts is about all I can tell you, but she is truly a very lovely enigma. Mediocre physicists and chemists laugh it off as quackery and non-sense, but the truly hard-core ones lust after it like a Rubic's Cube yet to be solved because what dwells at the core of the discovery just over the horizon is potentially that ground-breaking and GUT relevant. That's about the best I can say for the quack matter and its "voodoo".
