ON STEM CELL RESEARCH
Embryonic (human) – about the damned most evil thing there is. Fairly useless and should be banned as immoral and dangerous to society, though no doubt the selfish masses will learn and maybe even exploit something useful from these areas eventually. Yet, it will be found that -- among the supposed heights of their "modern" medical achievements -- all their best work will prove mediocre and not all that miraculous compared to what has always existed within Medicine as just neglected.
Embryonic (animal) – MDYNE has no position here. Don’t care about animal embryos. Useful things, certainly, to learn from here.
Non-embryonic stem cell (cord blood, etc.) – promising and useful in areas where Alternative Medicine cannot always go (such as nerve repair) and for Bone Marrow Transplant (such as in Multiple Myeloma). However, the propaganda that such research is useful to the cure of chronic disease is just more Allopathic drivel. If you practice Medicine properly, diabetics and others wouldn’t need such never-ending follies in quest of “cure” and better “treatment”. In regard to nerve and cell repair, gee, I wonder when DMSO and Ascorbic Acid were last looked at as beneficial to such things? And, dammit, I really hate to sound like I'm again in bed with the Leftists here, but, maybe before you go chopping down more of Al Gore's beloved "rain forest", try collecting more plants, seeds, and samples for enhanced pharmacologic studies. Then, go ahead and burn the place down!
